What are the payment options?

We accept Mastercard, VISA and VISA Debit from Canadian and US banks. We are unable to accept international credit cards. Pre-paid credit cards are accepted as long as there is an address registered on file with the issuing bank. We do accept Mastercard Debit, PayPal,/squarespace? American Express or Joe Fresh gift cards at this time.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to get it get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you can do so, please inform us of your decision via ETSY messages.

Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you an item merchandise refund*, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

>> item(s) must be unused;

>> Item(s) are returned in original condition with all the tags and with original packaging

*Note: Please be advised that we will not cover any postage costs for returned products unless it suffers from manufacture defect.

We do not accept returns of personalized leather bags.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, for this reason, all items must be returned to us by “Tracked Delivery“.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our products are shipped internationally. Keeping that in mind our usual shipping time is 2-4 weeks

Are all of your products displayed on the website?

Due to our unique, extensive handmade inventory, not all of our products are online. If there is a specific product you are looking for though, please give us a call at 1-508-374-3195 and we will do our best to assist you!
